Is Health Always About Looking Your Best?

Have you ever heard the phrase, if you
have your health you have everything? 

Do you think that is really true? 
What about this one, looking young
is always a sign of good heath. 

I really disagree with this 
last one.

Maybe it is because people are telling 
me how much older my beard makes
me look, LOL.  but I disagree so much
with it I had to make a video about it.

Oh, I just remembered another one from 
SNL with Billy Crystal, remember the 
Fernando, "it is better to look good than
to feel good". 

I disagree with that one also but that was
sure funny. Maybe it was so funny because
deep down inside people today believe that.
