There are many topics to cover when we discuss health. Each of us have certain topics that we are passionate about. For me, they are cancer and digestive dysfunction.
I've made many videos about both of these topics. It brings me joy to know that my videos help people avoid issues and help others improve their situation when dealing with their diagnoses.
I personally experienced the results of digestive dysfunction as a young man, resulting in Ulcerative Colitis, inflammation of the colon.
If I didn't make healthy changes when I did, I do believe cancer was the next step.
My point is this, take care of your digestive health now so you don't have an issue later.
